Short-lived Canadian label from Toronto, Ontario, with distribution from Capitol Records (Canada) Ltd.
Created in June, 1966, by Tommy Graham and Fred White, almost exclusively for releases by The Ugly Ducklings. By 1967, the label's agreement with Capitol Records (Canada) Ltd. had expired, and the Ducklings had been sold to Bill Gilliland's Arc Records (4), who then set up the sub-label Yorkville.
