Dom Omladine "Budo Tomović" (English: Youth Home "Budo Tomović") was a social institution in Podgorica (earlier: Titograd), founded in December 1965, that organised all kinds of aristic events.
In 2001 it became a public institution under the name Kulturno-informativni centar (KIC) "Budo Tomović" (English: Cultural-information Centre "Budo Tomović").
