L'Alsacienne
Brand of French biscuits, which over the years has disappeared under the brand LU. After having belonged for a while to the French agri-food group Danone, since 2007 it has been part of the American group Kraft Foods. The brand had a strong visual identity thanks to its logo of a young woman with a traditional Alsatian headdress, "la petite Sophie".
