German record company based in Hamburg, set up in spring 1977 by former BASF employees Ludwig Vondersand and Klaus Laubrunn. It was related to MusiContact GmbH; successor company is FonoTeam Produktions- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH.
It owned the Acanta label and licensed their recordings to Bellaphon for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and to MusiContact GmbH for the rest of the world.
