Fonit Cetra S.p.A.
Italian record company founded on 16 December 1957 by Edgardo Trinelli from the merge of Fonit (Fonodisco Italiano Trevisan), founded in 1927, and Cetra (Compagnia Edizioni, Teatro, Registrazioni, Affini), founded in 1933. Fonit-Cetra S.p.A. - that may also appear as Fonit Cetra spa - came into being with a capital of about 250,000 dollars.
