Press On Vinyl (Label)

Vinyl pressing plant based in Middlesbrough (UK). The plant was founded in June 2021 and went operational in January 2022. It is a full-service provider, offering in-house lacquer cutting (since December), plating, pressing, printing and packaging. In the summer a mastering suite of Swift Mastering opened up on the plant's premises especially for vinyl mastering.

For pressing custom-made new pressing machines powered by a steam and cooling system are used. They also press 180 gram records and bioplastic records they call Eco-Friendly Vinyl, using a compound called Ecovin, which is developped for a reduction in carbon footprint of over 90% by their supplier INEOS.

In-house cuts can be recognized by POV etched in the runout area. Known lacquer cutting engineers and their signatures:
