UK record company, founded in 1992 by Mark Ashton, Bruce Mee and Peter Sims. Established Now & Then Productions in 1997 which became the focus of the company from 1998 onwards, having signed a licensing agreement with the Italian Frontiers Records, until it ceased operations in the 2000s.
