This french label was started in 1998 under the name of Mosh Bart Industries. The catalog number refer to the owner of the label, Dr.H. Both Mosh Bart Industries and Bisect Bleep Industries shared the same basic logo art (handcuffs and labelname) The label was laid to rest in 2002.
