Founded in 2000 by Michael Hüber and Billie Ray Martin, to release her 18 Carat Garbage album and related singles. When that campaign ended the imprint lay dormant until 2016 when Martin resurrected it, without Hüber's involvement, for her project "The Soul Tapes".
