Absolutely Kosher Records (Label)

Independent label started by Cory "Brownbutter" Brown in 1998, releasing over 85 records of indie rock, post-punk and experimental pop music in their first 13 years. Himalayan Bear's Hard Times, out October 11, 2011, was the label's final release before going on hiatus. After 12 years away, the label announced a relaunch on October 6, 2023 for their 25th anniversary, with new music from Sybris, reissues from Edinburgh School For The Deaf and Brabrabra and more.
