BMG Interactive Entertainment. Computer and video game publishing and distribution company started in 1994 as a multimedia venture under BMG Entertainment. Based in New York with offices in San Francisco and London, as well as subdivisions in a number of european and asian countries as well as Australia.
The company eventually became the publishing label of DMA Design before it was purchased in 1998 by Take-Two Interactive, where it was absorbed during the formation of Rockstar Games.
