Founded by Raymond Kives. He and his Brother Harold worked at K-Tel which was based in Winnipeg. They left K-Tel and formed R-Tek Corporation AKA R-Tek Music International, Inc. becoming Dino Music Ltd. which morphed into Quality Dino Entertainment Ltd. in Nov. 1992.
