Ristic Records

Record label, established by John R. T. Davies in 1949, to release reissues of early jazz classics. At first 10" 78s, later 10" EPs, the lion's share of the catalogue, however, was 10" LPs. Ceased in the 1970s.

Former address: Walnut Tree Cottage, Burnham, Buckinghamshire, England

Most releases were limited to 100 copies as a way for the label to avoid paying purchase tax. http://www.vjm.biz/articles9.htm
