Rough Trade Distribution B.V.
Rough Trade Distribution B.V. was a Dutch/Belgian distribution company, established in July 2004 by BMG's arvato services. It operated from two offices: one in Hilversum for the Netherlands and one in Aertselaar for Belgium and Luxembourg. Alternative name: Rough Trade Distribution Benelux.
Effective 1 January 2009, the managing directors Kees van Weijen and Paul Davies bought the company through management buy-out.
Effective 1 January 2014, [PIAS] and Rough Trade Distribution B.V. have merged their sales & distribution activities in the Benelux into a new joint venture called "[PIAS] Rough Trade Distribution B.V.", by thus becoming part of the [PIAS] Entertainment Group. In Belgium and Luxemburg, the sales and distribution activities of the new joint venture will be handled by [PIAS] Belgium, Anderlecht.
Predecessor: Zomba Distribution BV.
