Factory Too

English label started by Anthony H. Wilson in 1994, two years after the collapse of the original Factory label.
Factory Too was launched with London Records and London owned the label for three years.

In 1996, it was joined by a reissue/anthology imprint called Factory Once, also in combination with London Records.

Dissatisfied with the relationship with London/PolyGram, Wilson setup his own label Factory Records Limited in April 1997. The contract with London officially expired in June 1997 and London had the first option on all the bands and the label name.
Factory Once and Too both disappeared quietly in 1998.
