In their origins it was the Mexican affiliate of the Spanish Hispavox, S.A. managed by Tomás Muñoz (later Spanish CBS founder in 1970).
Appears also as - Gamma S.A., Mexico - for ℗ and license giver.
The LWB serial numbers ( Lp Warner Bros. Records) / LWA (Lp WEA Atlantic) / LWE ( Lp Wea Elektra) was used until 1981, then Producciones WEA, S.A. de C.V. was the owner of that series.
The last vinyl album was manufactured in 1986, when EMI Capitol De Mexico, S.A. De C.V. acquires the catalog & distribution
Now the company is defunct & their catalog property of Universal Music México, S.A. de C.V.
