Andy Perring aka Pulser launches Toneplay Records in August 2011 and apart from becoming home to some of Andy’s non-Pulser production aliases, will also be a showcase for some highly talented and innovative artists who all share the same deep love for electronic dance music that has kept Andy himself producing with a passion for close on 15 years.
