PolyGram Video was the home entertainment arm of PolyGram Filmed Entertainment. On December 10, 1998, parent label PolyGram was sold to Seagram & Sons (the former parent of Universal Studios, now part of NBC Universal, the video division was sold to USA Networks, Inc. and folded into USA Home Entertainment.
