Manor was established in 1944 or 1945 by the Clark Record Co. of Newark, N.J., and was managed by Irving Berman. It maintained the artists, and the matrix series, of his earlier Regis label. Manor had been phased out by early 1950, when Berman started the Arco (2) label.
