Affiliate of Narada Productions, Inc., div. of EMI Music Group, since 1997 acquisition by Narada World's Parent Label. Dedicated to roots rock, alt country, Americana, & singer-songwriters. Slogan is "real, honest music." A 2005 reorganization put Back Porch in EMI's Blue Note Label Group, consisting of Blue Note, Manhattan, Angel & Metro Blue, along with sisters Higher Octave Music, Real World Records and other Narada labels.
