Mediaphon-Madacy Entertainment
The Mediaphon-Madacy Entertainment GmbH was founded in 1980 as Mediaphon-Musikproduktion und Verlag GmbH by Dr. Udo Unger and is based in Stuttgart, Germany. In January 1994 the Canadian based Madacy Entertainment Group acquired 100 percent of the stock.
