Zweitausendeins (Label)

Zweitausendeins (2001), founded in 1969, is a German mailorder for books, records and other media, they also used to run several shops. Nowadays only one shop is still open in Leipzig. Furthermore they cooperate with a number of book stores in several German cities.
They are the exclusive retailer of Mood Records, an independent Jazz label founded by Werner Schretzmeier and Wolfgang Dauner in 1977. Additionally, they publish classic music on the label Zweitausendeins and elderly Blues recordings on Blue Angel.
