Gemco
Gemco Recording Group (Garn Elder Music Co.), formed in January 2012, is a Deep Soul/R&B/Funk record label and production house. The product of two like-minded producers merging their common visions and respective labels.
Bill Elder (aka Leo Black (2)) co-founded Outta Sight Records (Nashville) and The Dynamites (3) in 2006, while around the same time Spencer Garn and Jeff Jackman co-founded Element Records (9) (Atlanta), built around flagship artist Ruby Velle & The Soulphonics. Having joined two already established soul labels into one, the Gemco Recording Group, based in Atlanta, GA.
