Íslenzkir Tónar
Íslenzkir tónar var öflug plötuútgáfa í eigu Tage Ammendrup en hún starfaði í nærri tvo áratugi og gaf út fjölda hljómplatna sem í dag eru sígildar í íslenskri tónlistarsögu.
Íslenzkir tónar voru nátengdir versluninni Drangey við Laugaveg 58 en Tage rak hana ásamt móður sinni (Maríu Ammendrup), þar voru seldar bæði plötur og hljóðfæri. Um tíma gaf Tage einnig út nótur og lagatexta (Vinsælir danslagatexar) auk þess sem hann ritstýrði tímaritum um tónlist, Jazz og Musica.
Tage hafði sett upp lítið hljóðver í bakherbergi á lóðinni við Drangey og þar voru teknar upp plötur með upptökutækjum sem hann flutti sjálfur til landsins, mestmegnis voru það plötur ætlaðar til einkanota en ekki útgáfu.

Íslenzkir tonar was a powerful record label owned by Tage Ammendrup, but it operated for nearly two decades and released a number of records that today are classics in Icelandic music history.
Icelandic tones were closely associated with the store Drangey at Laugaveg 58, which Tage ran together with his mother (María Ammendrup), where both records and musical instruments were sold. For a while, Tage also published sheet music and song lyrics (Popular Dance Lyrics) as well as edited music magazines, Jazz and Musica.
Tage had set up a small recording studio in a back room on the property near Drangey, and records were recorded there with recording equipment that he brought to Iceland himself, mostly records intended for personal use and not for publication.
