The label opened in 1999, first in Berlin, then in Gütersloh and since the end of 2001 in Havelberg, Sachsen-Anhalt.
Later 'Lutz Willert' moved to Kuhlhausen and continued the label under Univerzal Records (www.uni-rec.de).
