Appears mostly as "Pleasant Peasant" only.
Specialized in "Dutchman" style polka music. Used the Kay Bank recording studio location and subsequent name / ownership changes at 2541-43 Nicollet Avenue South in Minneapolis. Most performers were from rural German and Czech communities southwest of the Twin Cities. Statement found on some releases: "PLEASANT PEASANT Records are considered a product of 'Oompah Town', New Ulm, Minn."
