Independent Italian label founded in 1974 by Ricky Gianco, Nanni Ricordi and Gianfranco Manfredi (later Cesare Monti became a member). Began releasing records in 1975 under distribution of RCA Italiana. Declared bankrupt in 1979.
Albums had ZLUS + 5 digit catalogue number (since 1976-77 it became ZPLS). Singles had ZUS + 5 digit numbers (later on ZBS).
