Discos Cachilapo

Discos Cachilapo is a Venezuelan record label created in 1966 by Jacinto Martinez in the city of San Fernando de Apure, as the main objective of the diffusion and promotion of the regional folkloric values ​​of Apure state. The most diverse national talents of music, although some years later they promoted groups of Parrandas and central Joropo. Cachilapo would become the first Venezuelan native Llanera music label conformed by a numerous and exceptional cast. Throughout its history it has produced around 500 record works in formats of Long Plays, 8-track Cartridges, Cassettes and Cds.
