Nashville-based indie label founded by Richie Owens in 1985 as a co-op label for local rock bands. Majority of recording was done at The Refuge, Franklin TN, a studio Owens built in a converted refrigerator trailer parked off 16th Avenue South off Demonbreun Street. The studio would later re-locate to just south of Nashville to Franklin, Tennessee. Companion business to Neo Music Group.
