Editio Princeps (Label)

Created in 2002 and aiming at reissueing on CD albums of Brazilian music released on independant labels, Editio Princeps has become a label also presenting new bands musically sourced in jazz, jazz-rock and instrumental contemporary Brazilian music in general. The label's releases are all limited editions, with a special care on audio quality and remastering, as well as graphic presentation, always including extended booklets with rare or archive photos, new texts written by the musicians, integral reproduction of original artwork and more. The label's owner is Marcelo Spindola Bacha.
