Schafstall Tapes
The label was initiated first in Freiberg, G.D.R. in Summer 1989 by members of FH-72, namely Rico Mendel and his younger brother Torsten Mendel. The name of the label refers to their practice space. Later the label relocated to Solms and Cleeberg in West-Germany and continued to publish tapes and the "Breakdown" fanzine about GDR punk, as well as organizing concerts.
