Kilmarnock (Label)

American record label, formed by Galt MacDermot and based in New York. The executives of the label included MacDermot as president, Walter Robinson as managing director, and John Holden as chairmen of Kilmarnock North, the label's Canadian affiliate, which was located in Montreal. Around 1985 Galt's son Vincent MacDermot took over operation of the label. Some releases were distributed by London Records.
