Children's Record Guild Of New Zealand
Division of the World Record Club in New Zealand, active between 1960-1966. Founded in November 1960, a year later than its Australian counterpart, the Children's Record Guild Of Australia, its catalogue numbers never tallied with the Australian branch. And, as with the parent label, the New Zealand branch outlived the Australian division by several years. Their UK counterpart was Conquest (3), which is not so well documented, but seems to have been kept alive by diluting the concept of directing releases strictly towards the children's market.
