One-off joint venture between Island Records and Manhattan Records (Capitol Records) used to market Grace Jones's ZTT album "Slave To The Rhythm" as she transitioned from being contracted with Island to Capitol Records. It was in effect a transfer fee to Island for her leaving the label.
