Destune Records (Label)

Established in 1986, DESTUNE Records is one of Miami’s youngest independent labels to flourish out of the Miami Electro, Freestyle Dance and Bass music scenes. Founded by one of the youngest on-air radio DJ’s/Mixologists in Miami, DJ Jorge Ojeda. Growing up in the most southern part of Miami known as Cutler Ridge/Perrine, he was inspired by the mix of music that merged from late 70’s Disco, Funk and contemporary Dance releases of that time.
