Owned and operated by Scott Radke. HiPass Music was originated in 1997 by Scott Radke and Dave Olson for the release of dark, minimal techno & electro. HiPass 007 was set to be a Various Artists release called 'Filterless Old Men' and 008 was to be an EP titled 'Bodies Of Reference: Impossible Trends' by Ian Lehman. However, these never made it to press and the label is now defunct.
