Wunderlich

Wunderlich Verlag was founded by Rainer Wunderlich in Tübingen in 1926. Since 1985, it has been part of the Rowohlt publishing group and offers a multifaceted fiction publishing program with a focus on good entertainment, from thrillers to romance novels.

Books that reach a broad audience have been a tradition at Wunderlich since the world bestsellers by Rosamunde Pilcher or Martha Grimes. And today, exciting thrillers and crime novels still have a firm place in the program, as do emotional books for a demanding female audience, historical novels, or humor. Many of our international authors have conquered the bestseller lists in recent years, including Jojo Moyes, Simon Beckett, the Swedish duo Hjorth & Rosenfeldt, and Jilliane Hoffman. But German-language novels by Ildikó von Kürthy, Anja Baumheier, and Brigitte Riebe have also caused a sensation and delighted readers.

Wunderlich authors include: Anja Baumheier, Fiona Barton, Simon Beckett, Lincoln Child, Marie Kondo, Bernard Cornwell, Hjorth & Rosenfeldt, Jilliane Hoffman, D.B. John, Philip Kerr, Ildikó von Kürthy, Benjamin Monferat, Jojo Moyes, Maiken Nielsen, Petra Oelker, Rosamunde Pilcher, Brigitte Riebe, Richard Roper, Dorothy L. Sayers, Nikola Scott, Thomas Ziebula.
