Abnak Records
Label started in the early 1960s by Dallas, Texas insurance salesman John Howard Abdnor, Sr., the father of Jon Abdnor of Jon & Robin. The Five Americans were the label's biggest act (their first album was leased to Hanna-Barbera Records for national release; the lone album by Mike Rabon and Choctaw, featuring two former members of the Five Americans was leased to UNI Records for distribution). The label folded in 1971. The elder Abdnor sold the label's masters to Sundazed Music in the late 1990s.
