Sittelle (Label)

Sittelle was created in 1985. It is now the top world publisher of bird songs, and publishes in 5 languages in 15 countries. It's sound guides are intended for birdwatchers as well as the general public. Sittelle also administers the Alpine Center for Bioacoustic Studies (ACBS), Ceba (Centre Bioacoustique Alpin) in French, which aims to perform studies in bioacoustics and set up a data bank of vertebrate sounds.
