Canadian independent record company and label founded in 1996 by Jeff Burns (4), based in Toronto. In 1997 they opened a Vancouver office and launched sub-division Alien Records Inc.
Initially releases were manufactured by Music Manufacturing Services and distributed by Distribution Select. In October 1998 distribution switched to Koch International.
