Delysé - a niche UK label, specialising in the spoken word, esoteric classical, choral and folk music (particularly Welsh) was founded in 1954 by Isabella Wallich. The label posted several notable firsts; the first label to be owned and administrated by a woman and the first ever to boast a female record producer.
