CAPP Records Inc. is an American independent record label & sync music placement company located in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. It is an importer/exporter of primarily House, Techno, Trance, and Chillout genres while releasing commercial dance hits and compilations. CAPP Records was founded in 1994 by Dominique C. Toulon (producer, remixer & recording artist known as Cary August) and long-time friend Marc J. Oshry.
