The label's releases were initially distributed by Famous Music Corporation but shortly after inception was handled by a network of independent distributors throughout the US with wholesale distribution handled by Warner/Elektra/Atlantic Corporation via Warner Bros. Records Inc. Tape product was originally manufactured by Ampex and vinyl was originally pressed by CBS.
