The Little Giant Record Company was formed in April 1979 by R & M Sounds partners Roy Sinkovich, who served as president of the label, and Mick Lloyd, who held the label position of vice president of A & R. Heading up promotion and public relations was national promotion director, Dee Ygama. Dick Broderick served the label in a consultant capacity, with his primary focus being international marketing and distribution.
