Old is Gold started during the winter of 2005 as a mp3 release group which was issuing rare, abandoned, and out-of-print old school Goa classics no longer available for purchase. In 2006 they switched to the release of original productions through two series of compilations inspired by the good old days of Astral Projection, California Sunshine, The Muses Rapt, and Union Jack among other. The group was operated from Israel and consisted of Gai Edri aka The WonderBoy, Avi Asor, and Epiphany Of Delirious aka X Ripper.
