One of the most active alternative/electroacoustic/indie labels in Slovakia and Czech republic with more than one hundred releases since 2001.
Label was established by Jana "Shina" Loksenincova, who wanted to create a place for quality Slovak music that did not fit into the dramaturgical vision of radio and major publishing houses. Musician with an extraordinary sense of home-made music discoveries and talents in 17 years of operation has gradually shifted Slnko Records among the most respected music brands in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
