Forma

Brazilian label established in 1963 by the producer Roberto Quartin, in Rio de Janeiro. During its existence until mid-1970s, it released some important albums, such as "Coisas" by Moacir Santos and "Os Afro-Sambas", by Baden Powell and Vinícius de Moraes.
In 1969 Forma was sold to Phonogram. Today the catalogue is managed by Universal Music.
