The UK CCV 5XXX series usually features the following details towards the bottom of the sleeve back:
Manufactured by RCA Ltd. for Pickwick International Inc. (GB) Ltd. The Hyde industrial Estate, The Hyde, London, NW9 6JU
The first 25 UK Camden Classics Victrola releases were issued in June 1975 (CCV 5000 to CCV 5024), and were launched with a full-page advertisement in that month's Gramophone magazine (page 85, see associated image) so please avoid release dates any earlier than this. The deal between RCA and Pickwick ran through until 1978
