Swedish label established in 1921 by Per Recén and Carl Rudolf Andersson, after Recén sold his company Musik & Talmaskins Depôt.
The respective record company AB Skandia Record also operated a recording studio and shellac pressing plant in Villa Soltorp, Lilla Alby, Solna/Sundbyberg.
In 1923, the label was acquired by Carl Lindström and integrated into the Swedish Odeon label.
